In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business intelligence tools, sales analytics, and data interpretation to enhance operational efficiency, support sales management systems, and enable data-driven decisions. Your proactive approach will contribute to refining business processes, developing insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable reports that empower leadership and sales teams to achieve their goals. Duties Support daily business operations under the supervision of the Operations Manager, assisting with administrative workflows, internal procedures, document organization, vendor communications, and operational coordination to ensure that the Company's U.S. office functions efficiently and remains properly organized. Prepare and maintain operational records and internal documentation, including project files, vendor records, meeting notes, business correspondence, administrative reports, and supporting documentation needed for the Company's real estate development and construction coordination activities. Assist with vendor, contractor, and service-provider coordination, tracking communications, collecting required documents, organizing proposals, monitoring pending items, and helping ensure that third-party services are properly documented and coordinated according to the Operations Manager's instructions. Support project and administrative tracking activities, updating spreadsheets, timelines, task lists, permit-related records, operational calendars, and follow-up logs to help the Operations Manager monitor project progress, deadlines, and internal priorities. Compile operational information for management review, gathering data, preparing summaries, organizing supporting materials, and reporting routine administrative updates to the Operations Manager so that management can evaluate progress, identify pending issues, and make informed operational decisions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Construction Administration, or a related field. Proven proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio for dashboard creation and process mapping. Strong data analysis skills with experience in Excel (including VLOOKUP), SQL querying, and interpreting large datasets. Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM platforms for sales management system proficiency. Knowledge of sales analytics & reporting tools combined with a solid understanding of business analysis principles. Ability to perform quantitative analysis with a focus on forecasting, trend identification, and dashboard development. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences. Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives within a sales or operational environment is preferred.
