This individual will support the DXT VMO (Disney Experiences Technology Vendor Management Organization) under the CSL Team (Coupa Supplier Logistics Team).- Support and help develop our Coupa Supplier Logistics Team.
- Responsible for the following: o Partnering with technology teams to create purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accurate coding and cost breakouts are provided upfront.
- Document CSL processes and methodoliges and other information to help document and establish new processes as needed.
- Create and communicate training guidelines associated with on-boarding new vendors.
- Identify and capture key agreement document data elements (SLA, timelines, renewal options, ect).
- Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
REQUIRED
Basic knowledge/experience in relevant technologies, such as:- 3+ years working with SAP and Coupa
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication
- Solid organizational skills and ability to juggle and prioritize projects and tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player that works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions
- Comfortable communicating with partners at all levels
- Flexible to change while able to manage and support multiple efforts concurrently
- Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative to manage day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working both virtually and in-person when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or
Finance Basic Qualifications:
