Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with business and IT to deliver COSA data reporting and analytics, driving decisions with actionable insights. You will advise on data needs, guide process improvements, and help integrate analytics into enterprise workflows. The position offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment and opportunities to influence leadership decisions through data. You will work across stakeholders to enhance reporting delivery and business performance.

  • Collaborate with business and IT to meet COSA data reporting and analytics needs
  • Analyze COSA data, deliver insights and recommendations to inform leaders
  • Provide SME guidance on analytics and decision-support solutions
  • Identify opportunities to apply advanced data delivery techniques to solve business issues
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and impact
  • Guide internal clients on information systems and data infrastructure
  • Communicate between business processes and analytics to improve delivery and integration
  • Partner with technology to define requirements, test User Acceptance, and implement changes
  • Mentor junior analysts to build data and analytics capability
  • Ensure risks are identified, measured, and controlled per policy and compliance Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline or 4 years of related experience
  • 6 years of reporting and/or data management experience with tools/languages (SQL, Python, GGplot, Tableau) or advanced degree with 4 years experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of querying, data wrangling, report development, requirements gathering
  • Business acumen in operations and industry practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for management levels
