Role:
ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst Location:
South Florida (Onsite/Hybrid Preferred) Duration- Long Term Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis Analyze and document current-state (AS-IS) business processes. Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Design future-state (TO-BE) processes aligned with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices. Develop process maps, workflows, user journeys, and process documentation. Requirements Gathering & Documentation Conduct stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create and maintain:
o Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) o Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) o User Stories o Use Cases o Acceptance Criteria Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development and implementation teams. ServiceNow Solution Consulting Translate business requirements into ServiceNow platform capabilities. Recommend OOTB solutions and minimize customizations wherever possible. Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to design scalable solutions. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow standards, governance, and best practices. Agile Delivery Support Create, refine, and manage user stories and backlog items. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support prioritization of requirements and delivery milestones. Work closely with development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Testing & Quality Assurance Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. Develop test scenarios and validate delivered functionality. Coordinate defect resolution, retesting, and stakeholder sign-off. Ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards. Change Management & Training Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles. Support communication and adoption initiatives. Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Drive successful adoption of new processes and ServiceNow capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as: o ITSM o HRSD o GRC o ITOM (preferred) o CSM (preferred) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent documentation and requirements-gathering expertise. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITSM, HRSD, GRC, or related modules. Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
