Position Summary The Business Process Analyst II serves as a technical specialist responsible for engineering streamlined, automated, and data-driven operational workflows across the organization. This role applies advanced process-improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, and value-stream analysis) in combination with strong technical capabilities—including workflow automation, system integration, API-based data movement, and analytics enablement—to diagnose inefficiencies, architect scalable solutions, and implement optimized end-to-end processes. The position plays a critical role in designing and maintaining high-reliability, high-performance process environments. Responsibilities include developing automation scripts and integrations, enhancing data flows between enterprise systems, creating documentation for system behavior and workflow logic, and ensuring technical processes adhere to standards for security, governance, and maintainability. The analyst collaborates deeply with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that redesigned processes are technically sound, measurable, scalable, and aligned with organizational architecture and performance objectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent 2 years of professional experience Preferred Qualifications Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous Key Responsibilities Engineer and optimize operational workflows using process-improvement methodologies Develop automation scripts and system integrations Enhance data flows between enterprise systems Create and maintain documentation for system behavior and workflow logic Ensure technical processes meet standards for security, governance, and maintainability Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, measurable solutions
