Must be a Georgia resident (no out-of-state applicants) Core Responsibilities Lead requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder discussions Create detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows) Support project planning, deployment, and data migration Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and quality validation Provide user training and Tier 2/3 support Identify and drive process improvements and automation Key Required Skills (5+ years each) Requirements management & documentation SDLC methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall SQL basics, data mapping, system integration understanding Stakeholder management & communication Technical writing and user training UI/UX (Figma, wireframing, journey mapping) AI tools for documentation and productivity Nice to Have Testing & QA experience (UAT coordination, defect tracking) Qualifications Bachelor's degree (IT, Business, MIS, etc.) Relevant experience in business analysis / IT projects

Preferred:
