Description and Requirements Job Description Who You'll Work With The Business Operations Enablement team exists to make the jobs of our GTM and Capability Business Operations colleagues easier, faster, and better. We remove friction, build tools people actually use , create clarity where there is ambiguity, and develop the knowledge and skills of Slalom's Business Operations professionals. As Senior Manager of GTM & Capability Enablement, you will be a core contributor to that mission. Work Model This role is open to candidates located near any Slalom office in the United States. We offer flexibility in where and how you work, with the expectation of one day per week in your closest Slalom office to connect with colleagues. Occasional travel may be required to support global initiatives and team collaboration. What You'll Do Partner with GTM and CapabilityBusinessOperations teams to surface pain points andidentifywhere enablement efforts will have the greatest impact Maintain a prioritized backlog of enablement initiatives across process, reporting, tooling, automation, and training Design and build solutions—dashboards, process documentation, automated workflows, and training—from diagnosis through delivery Build business cases for key investments, articulate expected benefits, and track outcomes after delivery Design andmaintainscalable processes, playbooks, and a team knowledge base that make it easier for operations teams to do their jobs consistently Bring a product mindset to technology-enabled solutions—contribute to requirements,participatein design decisions, support rollout, and measure adoption Represent Business Operations on cross-functional Slalom initiatives Stay current on emerging technologies and bring forward practical ideas for how they can improve how the team operates What You'll Bring 7-10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting Bachelor's degreerequired Demonstrated experience contributing to an operational or product roadmap Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to build business cases with quantitative ROI Proficiencywith Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps Clear, confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority Strong problem-solving and consulting skills: structured thinking, stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
