Job Description

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a dynamic person to assist in building relationships with our referral sources throughout the area. This candidate will be learning all aspects of our business as they develop true friendships with case managers, referral coordinators, nursing directors, nurses, etc.. Kindness and compassion are a key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a social butterfly, on social media and in person. There will be a rotation of On Call for new business - after business hours. The rotation will be explained during the interview process.
Territory will be the following:
Augusta and surrounding areas. Bachelor Degree is required. Candidates must be able to meet all state regulations (DHEC) to work with a home care agency. This does include state & national background checks , as well as, drug testing.
