Under District Manager Richard Rippa, we are behind you, providing hands-on training and continuous support, with mentorship from our established and top-tier agents.
Salary Range:
$52,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty licenses or willing to obtains (resources provided). Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health licenses or willing to obtains (resources provided). Able to manage marketing & sales funnels while leading a sales team, overseeing operations, budgeting, planning & staffing. Insurance experience is a plus (not required), but willingness to learn is essential (training provided). Resourceful, intuitive, and coachable; Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic, with desire to engage the community and assist with insurance needs. Responsibilities Industry-Leading Compensation - Retail Agents receive 300% Commission Bonus in first year
