Job Description

Overland Trailers is a rapidly growing trailer company specializing in cargo trailers, dump trailers, concession trailers, utility trailers, and custom-built trailers. We are building more than a trailer company. We are building systems, technology, and automation to support aggressive growth. Our goal is to create an AI-powered business operating system that assists with sales, marketing, operations, customer service, reporting, and management. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to help us build and maintain the systems that power our business. Position Overview This is not a traditional IT position. We are seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, learning new technology, and helping businesses become more efficient through automation and AI. The ideal candidate will help manage our CRM, troubleshoot lead flow issues, build automations, document systems, and assist in the development of our AI initiative, Jarvis. Responsibilities Manage and improve CRM systems Troubleshoot lead flow and integration issues Monitor Facebook, website, and marketing lead pipelines Build and maintain automations using tools such as Zapier and AI platforms Assist with AI development and implementation projects Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems Document company processes and workflows Coordinate with software vendors and service providers Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support management with technology and automation initiatives Qualifications Strong computer and technology skills Excellent problem-solving ability Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently Experience with CRM systems preferred Experience with Zapier, Make, automation platforms, or APIs is a plus Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or OpenAI is a plus Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business operations is preferred Willingness to learn and grow with the company Schedule Part-Time- we can discuss full time during interview. Approximately 15-25 hours per week or 40 hours Flexible schedule available In-office What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: CRM lead flow issues are identified and resolved Sales team has better visibility into leads and opportunities Business processes are documented Automation opportunities are implemented A roadmap for AI is established Technology becomes a competitive advantage for the company We are looking for someone who wants to help build something special and grow alongside a fast moving company.
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
