Summary :
Our growing client is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join its team. This is a high-impact role within a stable, growing organization, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to partner with leadership on key initiatives that drive business performance. Role Overview This position focuses on translating business needs into data-driven insights and scalable solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance decision-making through analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives Develop business cases, including ROI, cost/benefit, and risk analysis Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership Support KPI tracking and performance measurement Contribute to enterprise projects and help drive execution Act as a liaison between business teams and leadership Why This Role High visibility and exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives Fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth potential Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's a plus 2-6+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, strategy, or operations Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills Experience presenting insights to stakeholders Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
