Business Technical Analyst:

Evaluate current business processes and systems, identifying improvements and documenting workflows. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate needs into clear requirements. Coordinate activities among stakeholders, tracking progress and ensuring task completion. Communicate findings through documentation and presentations to diverse audiences. Business Technical Analyst:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role focused on systems, processes, and requirements analysis. Strong experience identifying system and business process issues, performing root cause analysis, and documenting findings. Experience supporting system testing activities including UAT, integration testing, and functional testing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred), with substantial hands-on experience in SDLC and stakeholder engagement. What's in it for you?
