Senior Strategy Analyst The Opportunity At Arclin, strategy is not just about analysis-it's about turning complex ideas into actions that drive measurable business results. As a Senior Strategy Analyst working out of Arclin Corporate Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA, you will work directly with the Sr. Director of Strategy to tackle some of the company's most important and ambiguous business questions. In this role, you won't just report on data-you'll structure problems, develop hypotheses, and build the analytical frameworks that guide enterprise-level decisions . You'll play a key role in translating strategy into execution, supporting initiatives that drive growth, improve performance, and enable smarter decision-making across the organization. What You'll Do Analyze complex business data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for leadership Structure ambiguous business problems and develop logical, data-driven approaches to answer strategic questions Build analytical frameworks that support enterprise-level decision-making and long-term value creation Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business units and communicate their implications Synthesize findings into concise, compelling recommendations for cross-functional and executive audiences Support high-impact strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis, modeling, and problem-solving Partner with stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, and business teams to inform critical decisions Contribute to initiatives such as growth strategy, market expansion, operational improvements, and investment evaluation How You'll Work Report directly to the Sr. Director of Strategy , a leader with deep experience across Fortune 500 and high-growth environments, known for translating strategy into execution and driving measurable outcomes Collaborate across functions to align strategic vision with business realities Operate as a key analytical partner on complex, cross-functional initiatives Thrive in an environment where priorities evolve and problems are often not clearly defined

What You'll Bring Experience:

3-5 years in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or financial analysis

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Analytical Strengths:

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into logical components Experience building models, frameworks, and analyses to support decision-making

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel (modeling, data analysis, scenario evaluation)

Communication:

Ability to clearly and concisely present insights and recommendations Confidence working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
