ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a dynamic and personable Service Now Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to understand, create diagrams, participate in Agile ceremonies and familiarity with User Acceptance Testing.

Pay Range:

$50

• 2+ years of experience with any of the following modules:

ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB

• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies; including understanding the processes sand Azure DevOps tool
• Scrum master experience (CSM certified)
• CBAP certified
• ServiceNow Administrator
• ITIL
