Job Description

Healthcare Business Analyst We are seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering requirements, analyzing healthcare workflows, and supporting system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare processes, data analysis, and interoperability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements Analyze clinical and operational workflows Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors Support system implementation, testing, and optimization
Requirements:
Experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare domain Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows Familiarity with
HL7/FHIR
standards (preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
