This Long-term Contract position focuses on gathering business and technical needs, turning them into clear documentation, and helping teams improve processes and system outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology partners, contribute to solution planning, and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders to uncover operational needs, system expectations, and project goals for data integration efforts. Convert findings into well-structured business and functional documentation that guides solution design, workflow improvements, and system changes. Apply analysis techniques such as process mapping, context diagrams, business rules, use cases, entity relationship diagrams, and user stories to define current and future state needs. Evaluate business challenges, identify gaps, and recommend practical solution options that support informed decision-making. Assist with gathering information for business cases and cost-benefit assessments to support project planning and prioritization. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows by reducing manual steps and documenting redesigned business processes. Partner with quality assurance teams to outline test considerations, maintain traceability between requirements and testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing activities. Build productive working relationships across business and IT teams while supporting change adoption and communicating updates in a clear, audience-appropriate manner. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated involvement in requirements gathering and documentation. Working knowledge of business analysis methods, including business process modeling, context diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and user story creation. Experience supporting projects within Software Development Life Cycle environments, with familiarity in Agile or Scrum delivery approaches. Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing, traceability documentation, and review of business or system-related documents. Understanding of data integration concepts, data integrity validation, and related testing practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Access, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business users, technology teams, and customer service-oriented environments.
