Job Description Position Summary The Business Analyst plays a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives and special projects to support the success of the IT department. This role collaborates with teams across the organization to execute initiatives, standardize processes, and improve efficiencies, while supporting the development of project and portfolio best practices. Focusing on the corporate technologies within the HR and Legal spaces, the Business Analyst combines an entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration to navigate ambiguous work, deliver results, and enhance overall IT planning and operations. Responsibilities Oversee the delivery, servicing, and ongoing support of Legal and HR technology solutions, ensuring projects, enhancements, and upgrades are completed on time and within budget. Monitor, triage, and coordinate the investigation and resolution of system incidents by partnering with internal teams and external vendors. Collaborate with internal IT teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables for projects and initiatives as they arise. Participate in the development, documentation, and implementation of IT policies, standards, and best practices to promote consistency, security, and operational excellence. Ensure technology solutions adhere to cybersecurity, physical access, data privacy, and legal compliance requirements. Develop and execute test scripts, plans, and scenarios to support system enhancements, upgrades, and project implementations. Oversee vendor relationships, including performance management and adherence to SLAs, ensuring high service quality and compliance with contractual obligations. Provide clear and consistent project communications, status reporting, and updates to business stakeholders and executive leadership. Foster strong cross-functional relationships with IT, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to identify opportunities for technology optimization and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role supporting large-scale enterprise platforms. Expertise with common Legal software platforms such as DMS, CLM, and Entity Management. Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple initiatives in dynamic environments. Strong vendor management experience, including contract oversight, service level monitoring, and coordination of external service providers. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communications skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with consistent attention to detail and follow-through. Experience managing budgets and tracking costs for projects and vendor services. Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar platforms for issue tracking, project management, and workflow automation.

$85,000 - $115,000
