Job Responsibilities Lead comprehensive analysis of dealer operations to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency enhancements. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with dealership goals, focusing on process improvements and performance optimization. Manage change management initiatives by guiding dealerships through transformation processes smoothly and effectively. Collaborate with management consulting teams to design tailored solutions that address specific dealer challenges. Conduct research and business analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement efforts. Facilitate business development activities by identifying new opportunities for client engagement and expansion. Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in change management, strategic planning, and business consulting within a fast-paced environment. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. Excellent research, business analysis, and project management skills to lead complex initiatives effectively. Familiarity with management consulting practices, business development strategies, and research techniques. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining a focus on results-driven outcomes. Strong communication skills with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
