Contract Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration Gather and translate business requirements into user stories| process flows| and functional specs while acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. Salesforce Solution Design Design scalable solutions across Sales| Service| and Experience Clouds| including data models| objects| and automation aligned with best practices. Process Optimization & Automation Improve CRM processes using Salesforce tools (Flows| Process Builder) while ensuring performance| scalability| and compliance with platform limits. Delivery| Testing & Documentation Manage Agile delivery| maintain BRD/FSD and traceability| oversee UAT| define test cases| and ensure successful feature delivery. Data| Reporting & Change Management Handle data modeling| integrations| reporting/dashboard creation| and support user training| adoption| and post-implementation improvements.
