Work Tools Specialist Location:

Peoria, IL Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst / Work Tools Specialist to support the deployment and post‑implementation execution of solutions delivered to dealers. This role focuses on follow‑up, execution support, and data analysis after deployment, partnering closely with dealers to ensure successful adoption and ongoing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Support an existing deployment process currently being used with dealers Serve as the primary follow‑up contact after solutions are deployed , ensuring execution aligns with expectations Work directly with dealers to track adoption, usage, and outcomes Collect and analyze deployment‑related data to support insights and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement Use work management tools to track tasks, issues, and progress Data & Analytics Analyze data stored in Snowflake tables Build or review reports and dashboards using Power BI Apply basic analytical skills to support decision‑making and dealer performance insights Tools & Technology Current work tracking tool: Jira Upcoming transition to Azure DevOps Experience or familiarity with change management in tools is a plus Required Skills & Experience Business analysis or operational support experience Strong follow‑up, execution, and stakeholder communication skills Basic to intermediate data analysis capabilities Experience with Power BI (basic reporting and data visualization) Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms Experience using Jira; openness to learning Azure DevOps Nice to Have Prior experience supporting dealer, partner, or field‑based users Exposure to solution deployments or post‑implementation support Process improvement mindset Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
