The candidate must be motivated and detail-oriented supporting our Radar Systems program. In this role, you will work with diverse teams of engineers, technicians and project managers to ensure the successful execution of radar system development and operations. Maintain and update project schedules, task trackers, and deliverable timelines. Support budget tracking, including monitoring project expenditures, and identifying variances. Work with cross-functional teams to gather project updates, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Facilitate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as required. Assist in the coordination and execution of operational and technical requirements for the Radar Systems program.
Candidates Must:
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree and 0 years related experience or High School Education + 2-3 years experience in program analysis related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Familiarity with radar system hardware is a plus. Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
