About the Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery Analyst to join our IT Security team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the organization can quickly recover from disruptions and continue delivering critical services to customers and employees. You'll partner closely with IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors to design, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Through analysis, simulation, and documentation, you'll help strengthen the organization's preparedness, manage risk, and support a resilient operating environment. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and govern disaster recovery and business continuity documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and track IT risk metrics and non-compliance. Plan, execute, and evaluate disaster recovery and business continuity simulations to validate recovery capabilities and restoration timelines. Document test results, findings, and recommendations to support continuous improvement of resiliency strategies. Partner with IT, facilities, and business teams to ensure systems, services, and infrastructure align with approved recovery plans. Recommend disaster avoidance, risk mitigation, and impact-reduction strategies to strengthen enterprise resilience. Engage with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement recovery and protection solutions. Research industry best practices, standards, and tools related to resiliency and contingency planning. Support training and awareness efforts by guiding teams on emergency response roles and procedures. Experience with project management software a plus. Knowledgeable in infrastructure, cloud technologies, software, and hardware expertise.
