Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to support a year+ engagement driving a major finance technology transformation . This role will play a key part in modernizing processes, improving reporting capabilities, and ensuring successful adoption of new systems across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with finance leadership to support end-to-end transformation initiatives (ERP, reporting, and automation tools) Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency Support system implementation, optimization, and integration efforts Drive improvements in close, reporting, and data integrity Facilitate collaboration between finance, IT, and external partners Assist with change management, documentation, and user adoption
Qualifications:
Strong background in finance/accounting with exposure to system implementations or upgrades Experience supporting ERP or finance technology transformations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workiva, etc.) Proven ability to work in complex, evolving environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
