  • 40 hours) Job Summary The Student LifeCycle Management (SLCM) team is seeking a Business Analyst to support the student experience and university stakeholders and back office users dedicated to student success.
This position would provide both customer service to our end users and stakeholders (as they reach out with questions) but would also be working with members of the SLCM team on student records and data quality that impact system processes (and assisting with these items to ensure system processes complete successfully).
Key competencies include the following:
keen attention to detail tolerance for task switching demonstrate initiative, creative thinking, and collaboration Job responsibilities include: Support SLCM Team members and stakeholders by ensuring student records are accurate and related technical processes complete without issue. Troubleshoot end user questions about SAP transactions and myUK functionality.
Specific skills required:
Data Entry, Basic Computer Skills, Customer Service SAP or data quality experience preferred but not required Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Critical skills include the ability to work within a team, self-motivated and can work independently, strong written and verbal communication skills. Data entry, basic computer skills & strong customer service skills are a plus. Knowledge of SAP or data quality experience is preferred but not required Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
