SMX is seeking a

This position supports a Boston, MA - based customer. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Production Support & Research Analysis

• Business Analysis & Requirements Development
• + •Analyze business processes•to define requirements, identify gaps, and conceptualize future‑state workflows.

• Gather and document
• detailed user requirements, user stories, use cases, test scenarios, and test cases. + Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation (Lucid or similar tools). + Present mockups, business rules, and data rules to stakeholders for review and approval. + Translate business needs into

• Required Skills & Experience
