- What You Will Do
- :•As an Energy Providers •Management Consultant•, you will work alongside experienced professionals delivering consulting projects, both at client sites and within Guidehouse offices to deliver important engagements that drive tangible outcomes for our clients.

- : + Contributing to innovative problem-solving to drive outcomes for clients, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and tools.
- What You Will Need
- :•+ Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident, due to nature of client engagements + •Consultant II•Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a STEM discipline AND One (1+) plus years relevant post-graduation utilities work experience; •Or•Master's degree in business, economics, or a STEM discipline AND relevant energy/utilities internships or co-op experience + •Senior Consultant•Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a STEM discipline AND Three (3+) plus years relevant post-graduation utilities work experience; •Or•Master's degree in business, economics, or a STEM discipline AND Three (1+) plus years relevant post-graduation utilities work experience + •Manager/Managing Consultant•Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a STEM discipline AND Five (5+) plus years relevant post-graduation utilities work experience; •Or•Master's degree in business, economics, or a STEM discipline AND Three (3+) plus year relevant post-graduation utilities work experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment + Curiosity about the energy industry and a desire to make a tangible impact through consulting work + Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities while meeting respective deadlines + Ability to travel + Ability to work onsite in a core Guidehouse Office or Client Office location + Currently reside in the contiguous United States + Staff level of hire will be determined through Guidehouse's interview process •What Would Be Nice To Have•:•+ Preference will be given to candidates residing within 50 miles of a core Guidehouse Office or Client Office location + Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: + Grid modernization and/or transformation + Electric/Power Utilities technology integration or adoption + AI/ML Technology Modernization solutions + Utilities-related projects supporting Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations + Utilities infrastructure resilience + NERC CIP program support and/or management + Cybersecurity + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel + Ability to support business development by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and account growth strategies and developing client relationships.
- 113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
