What We Need:
The Strategic Growth Partner is a commercially minded, revenue-oriented role designed to amplify the impact of the Multi-Market Partnerships Business Development team. Working side-by-side with the VPBD, this role plays a critical part in shaping partnership strategies, elevating client-facing narratives, and ensuring the MMP division's innovations translate into measurable revenue growth across the organization. While this role includes some coordination elements, its core focus is strategic and outward‑facing. It's built for someone who thrives in the field, can shape and influence client conversations, and knows how to turn insights, performance data, and market trends into compelling materials that drive sales momentum. You will help scale best practices, strengthen internal alignment, and support the VPBD team in unlocking new partnership opportunities.What You'll Do:
Sales Generation & Revenue Impact Develop high-impact sales materials that articulate the value of broadcast radio, media math, attribution insights, and cross-platform solutions in ways that accelerate deal conversations. Support the VPBD in preparing and delivering strategic pitches, category narratives, and partner-facing presentations for high-value opportunities. Translate campaign performance, attribution learnings, and marketplace intelligence into actionable insights that empower Sales and Markets teams to close more business. Identify emerging opportunities, categories, and partnership models that can drive incremental revenue across multi-market campaigns. In-Field Strategic Support Join the VPBD team in key client meetings, strategy sessions, and partner engagements to support storytelling, insight delivery, and solution framing. Serve as an extension of the VPBD in the field, ensuring consistent communication of divisional strategy and value propositions. Capture real-time feedback from clients and markets to inform divisional strategy, product positioning, and partnership development. Partnership Strategy & Commercial Enablement Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, category playbooks, and partnership frameworks that elevate iHeart's multi-market offering. Build and refine materials that help internal teams understand and adopt MMP innovations, attribution capabilities, and cross-platform solutions. Support strategic initiatives that strengthen iHeart's competitive positioning and deepen relationships with key partners. Cross-Functional Influence Act as a strategic connector between MMP leadership and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Programming, Research, and Legal. Elevate the visibility of MMP initiatives by crafting executive-ready updates, strategic briefs, and insights that drive alignment and momentum. Ensure best practices, learnings, and partnership successes cascade across the Markets organization to create a multiplier effect on revenueWhat You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, strategic partnerships, or a revenue-focused role. Strong ability to translate data, insights, and performance metrics into compelling commercial narratives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with comfort in client-facing environments. Proven experience supporting senior commercial leaders in high-stakes, revenue-oriented settings. Familiarity with media, advertising, attribution, or partnership-driven organizations preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms; comfort with data storytelling tools a plus.What You'll Bring:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $56,000- $70,000
