Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to support, analyze, and report on the company's renewable energy billing programs. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring billing accuracy and implementing innovative solutions as renewable energy initiatives expand.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed process workflows documenting account lifecycles and the monthly billing cycle for renewable energy accounts. Track, monitor, and analyze account billing, resolving issues and escalating unresolved matters as necessary. Create business requirement documents, test conditions, and implementation plans for new renewable energy billing programs. Serve as a liaison between internal users, IT, and external customers, handling escalations and providing clear communication on program changes and payment inquiries.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and experience with account-based billing systems, with preference for utility billing systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Experience in analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
