$110-145K We're hiring a Business Analyst to support manufacturing and supply chain initiatives within a growing IT organization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, gather requirements, and support system implementations across ERP and related platforms. You'll play a key role in upcoming initiatives, including a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation focused on demand planning, MRP, and production. What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and improve processes Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into technical specs Support full project lifecycle: design, build, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support Work across systems including ERP (Dynamics), MES, and reporting tools (Power BI) Create process documentation, workflows, and data analysis Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot system issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with project delivery What We're Looking For 7-11 years of Business Analyst experience Strong background in manufacturing/supply chain (demand planning, production, procurement, warehouse) Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, AX2012/2009 preferred) Hands-on experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in CPG or food manufacturing Exposure to MES systems Experience supporting multiple sites / light travel Apply Now Share This Post
