$80 to $90/hr
Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT partner teams to analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and deliver effective technology solutions. The analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that systems are aligned with evolving scientific and regulatory requirements. The Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine department is undergoing a digital transformation, and the Sr. BSA will play a key role in supporting this transformation.
Responsibilities:
  • Support clients foundational Biologics request system by documenting workflow requirements and developing wireframes for review and iteration with scientific teams.
  • Help drive Genedata expansion activities and onboard new users and workflows as needed.
  • Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Lead and facilitate interviews and meetings for requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Support system design, testing, implementation, and adoption activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and test plans.
  • Provide support in issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and end user training as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
  • Experience with systems supporting therapeutics, clinical development, or genetic data management. Preferred Qualifications
  • Subject matter expertise in Discovery/Development Sciences (Large Molecule) process workflows; will be an acknowledged expert in his/her scientific discipline.
  • Systems Testing and IT Implementation experience.
  • Wireframing experience
  • Experience with Genedata Biologics
