This person will act as an extension of the Project Manager, supporting the uplift of project management processes within their organization. This role will coordinate across multiple stakeholders and help drive governance, reporting, and workflow modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities Act as a project coordinator supporting the PM across all workstreams and stakeholder groups. Facilitate project progress and communication for the workflow tool replacement project to ensure successful advancement. Coordinate governance activities, ensuring all projects meet compliance and risk management requirements. Assist in tracking progress, managing timelines, and updating project documentation. Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure smooth progress during the ongoing project. Pay ranges from 30-40/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.
