We currently are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, deliver consulting services and develop business with our clients: the largest providers of life insurance, group benefits and retirement. Our Life and Group Insurance Transformation practice helps our clients to reimagine, modernize and disrupt how they succeed in the market and create long-term, sustainable value. In this role, you will help our clients achieve their desired goals and business objectives. In return, you can expect to learn leading practices in technology transformation, delivery, and gain exposure to solving a variety of complex business challenges using digital and transformational tools, methods, and technologies. You will gain exposure in all areas of the insurance value chain including, but not limited to: product development, sales/distribution, new business/underwriting, policy administration, and claims. ? Your key responsibilities Consistently deliver high quality client services. Understand / communicate complex operational insurance issues and establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about engagement progress and expected outcomes Stay abreast of current industry trends relevant to the client's business.
