Job Description
Robert Half Business Analyst Watertown, MA Apply Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with expertise in Salesforce and project coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at working cross-functionally, building user stories, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed user stories to support Salesforce enhancements and modifications.
- Analyze and validate data, addressing decision trees and related inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including roadshows to facilitate project communication.
- Track and manage action items arising from collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Review and organize documentation to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
- Provide support in customer service initiatives, particularly in call center environments. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise.
- Strong project management skills, including meeting coordination and tracking progress.
- Ability to create detailed user stories and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in data validation and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in gap analysis and identifying business improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with call center operations and customer service best practices.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
