Business Systems Analyst (Adobe Campaign & AJO) Senior Business Systems Analyst (Adobe Campaign)We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise marketing technology initiatives focused on Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze data flows, and support implementations and enhancements across the Adobe marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document technical and data requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for engineering teams
• Support Adobe Campaign implementations, enhancements, and the v7 ? v8 upgrade
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and ETL processes supporting marketing platforms
• Work with tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or other ETL/data integration platforms
• Participate in manual testing, test plan development, and system validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and participate in daily standups and sprint planning (Jira/Kanban)
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions Required Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or similar
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business partners
• Experience supporting manual testing, test cases, and validation Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Adobe Campaign (v7 or v8)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other Adobe Experience Cloud products
