Job Description

PSI Pax is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Headquartered in Patuxent River, MD. We are recognized as key contributors to our DOD Customer's mission specializing in Information Technology, enterprise resource planning, business and financial management, acquisition, and logistics. PSI Pax is at the forefront of innovation in supporting our DOD customer's complex requirements. We help our customers coordinate services across their enterprises nationwide, enhance efficiency through process improvement, and deliver quality services within cost and on schedule. PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst I to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Provide expertise in change management and training support. Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
Qualifications:
Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. At least two (2) years of professional experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally. Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk (NHD) or Service Now Assistance Portal (SNAP) is desirable.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or, A High School Diploma and four (4) additional years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. PSI Pax, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
