Focused on building trustand collaboration with referring doctors, the Strategic Growth Partner elevates the practice's position as the go-to specialty provider for exceptional patient outcomes. This role blends strategic planning, relationship-building, and event execution to achieve measurable success. Core Responsibilities Referral Community Growth - Expand the number of Core and Premier referral partners while deepening relationships with existing partners to solidify long-term alliances and increase high-value referrals. Strategic Planning - Develop and execute an annual framework of targeted activities, including onsite visits, study clubs, workshops, and seasonal events, ensuring maximum value and engagement for referral partners. Collaboration and Outreach - Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and complementary specialists to create synergies that enhance referral programs and shared success. Indicators-Driven Success - Track growth and outcome indicators, such as referral volume, high-value cases, and event participation, to measure impact and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Organize tailored study clubs, workshops, and market lectures to enhance clinical collaboration and professional growth within the referral community.
Social and Seasonal Engagement:
