Job Summary The organization serves as a technology partner supporting secure data exchange and analytics across multiple stakeholders. The team focuses on enabling interoperability between diverse systems to improve outcomes, drive operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and support data-driven decision-making.
We are seeking an experienced mid-level Business Analyst to join the Data Insights team. This role is responsible for supporting the consolidation of multiple data sources into business-ready datasets used for analytics, reporting, and operational use cases for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams. This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate collaboration, and proactively identify and resolve issues. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring deliverables align with defined business requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Define and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Communicate clear and actionable requirements to data engineering teams
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across functional domains (e.g., business, technical, operations, analytics)
Support Agile/Scrum processes, with opportunity to grow into a leadership role
Participate in testing and quality assurance to validate that deliverables meet business requirements
Contribute to problem-solving efforts and share knowledge with team members
Manage priorities, timelines, and requests in an organized manner
Develop an understanding of data workflows, structures, and relationships across datasets
Maintain documentation for data sources, use cases, and output specifications Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the candidate must be able to execute each essential duty effectively. Experience working with diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Intermediate SQL proficiency
Experience with QA and testing processes Preferred Skills Advanced SQL proficiency
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms)
Intermediate proficiency with Excel or similar data tools Experience and/or Education Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferred)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a data or analytics-focused environment (required)
