Overview The Prince George's County Government is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Planning Consultant to support the final stages of its agency-wide strategic plan and guide implementation and evaluation efforts. We are looking for a professional who can deliver expert, collaborative, and results-driven facilitation while aligning with our core values of culture, communication, and continuous improvement . Qualifications Proven experience in strategic planning and facilitation , preferably within government or human services Strong stakeholder engagement and group facilitation skills Experience developing implementation frameworks and performance metrics Ability to lead diverse groups and build consensus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideal Candidate We are seeking a consultant/professional who is: Strategic and data-driven Collaborative and engaging Experienced in public sector environments Skilled in translating vision into actionable results Additional Information This is a contract-based opportunity . Candidates must be available to facilitate in-person and/or hybrid sessions as needed.
