Who We're Looking For (
Position Overview:
)The Enterprise Resource Requirements Manager provides analytical, requirements management, and portfolio management support across enterprise-level programs. This role supports the development, integration, and execution of requirements processes, ensuring that program needs are clearly defined, prioritized, tracked, and aligned with strategic objectives.

The position plays a central role in managing requirements intake, analysis, scheduling, and performance tracking while enabling data-driven decision-making through structured reporting, portfolio visibility, and coordination across functional teams.

What You'll Do
  • Manage requirements intake, analysis, prioritization, and tracking across programs.
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation, traceability, and centralized repositories.
  • Produce portfolio artifacts, reports, and decision-support materials for stakeholder review.
  • Support development and maintenance of integrated schedules, including dependency mapping and risk analysis.
  • Track cost, schedule, and performance metrics and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Maintain risk, issue, and opportunity tracking and support mitigation planning.
  • Conduct portfolio health analysis to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Support acquisition planning, market research, and requirements refinement activities.
  • Align requirements with program execution, funding, and planning activities, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support.
  • Identify inefficiencies or redundancies in requirements and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare recurring reports and communications to support program leadership and stakeholders. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
  • Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
  • Experience supporting large, complex federal programs.
  • Experience developing and managing schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management and program control concepts.
  • Experience managing requirements and change lifecycles.
  • Ability to integrate requirements, acquisition, and resource management activities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to synthesize complex information. Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting enterprise portfolio management or governance processes.
  • Familiarity with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and resource planning frameworks.
  • Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting acquisition planning and pre-award activities.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
$145,000 - $165,000 a year Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, clearance level, and contract requirements.. This position is contingent upon contract award.
