Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures. Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or an Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience performing work related to Management Analysis Experience supporting defense contracts Experience with
Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, or Adobe Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Navy Acquisition and/or Naval Intelligence efforts Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience conducting briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations The projected compensation range for this position is $75,500.00-$125,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
