Program Analyst
BOOST LLC
is a dynamic management consulting firm that offers an array of government-compliant back-office solutions to support our teaming partners within the GovCon space. We are working with our client, Don Selvy Enterprises to find their next highly skilled Journeyman Program Analyst.

About DSEDSE is a team of experienced professionals dedicated to engineering, training and program management to enable front-line soldiers, sailors and Marines to fully exploit the tactical capabilities of aviation and maritime platforms. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) provide experienced-based knowledge in their consultation and strategy tailoring for each acquisition pathway and functional area dealing with weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs to deliver better solutions faster.

Position SummaryThe Journeyman Program Analyst PMA 280 Advanced Concepts & Technologies IPT Lead applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
  • Program Office internal and external communications (other IPTs and Ops/PMA EA)
  • Stakeholder Interaction and Coordination
  • Security logistics, Visit Requests, and Travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Agenda, RFIs, RFAs, Minutes, and Action Item Tracking/Resolution
  • Data Call / Request for Information (RFI) / Questions for the Record (QFR)
  • Internal PEO data calls
  • External data calls (Congressional, Senate, etc.)
  • Maintain database organization, file management, data disposition
  • Maintain IPT Calendar and Schedules
  • Meetings
  • Coordinate logistics, reservations, speakers, notes, and gather inputs for weekly and standup meetings
  • Document meeting minutes and action items
  • Coordinate presentations with Level I IPTs and, Functional Leads Scheduler, RIO Manager, working groups
  • Coordinate and host meetings as required
  • Liaison with all stakeholders or key representatives
  • Maintain and periodically update IPT Organization Chart Required Education
  • BS or BA degree in a business, management or an engineering management discipline.
Allowable substitution:
an AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Required Experience
  • Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, t must be at least two (2) years of NAVAIR experience related to operations support.
Must work onsite 100% of the time at NAVAIR, located Lexington Park, Maryland. Must possess a Secret security clearance. Starting salary range between $80,000 - $125,000 annually.
