Position Summary:

The Category Analyst lll is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. This role involves executing plans that align with and support the broader strategy and objectives of the department. The Category Analyst works closely with key stakeholders to ensure that data-driven decisions are implemented effectively, and they play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

3-5 years of analytical experience in a retail and/or consumer packaged goods role Bachelor's degree in business or related field Proficient in MSL Office Suite (Excel, PowerBi, PPT, Word) Balances workload and priorities Proven success with analytical interpretation of complex data sets Effective and concise communication and presentation skills Precise attention to detail Negotiation ability Exposure to with syndicated/competitive data (e.g. Nielsen, Circana/IRI) Effective and concise communication and presentation skills Experience with accounting terminology and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) structure concepts, including the ability to analyze financial statements, and apply these principles in various business scenarios.

Salary:
