The IPTSE Business Office Analyst supports a global engineering organization by managing business planning, headcount, purchased services, material spend, ED&T, and Cycle Plan execution. The analyst will serve as a trusted business advisor to IPTSE leadership, ensuring alignment to corporate financial guidance, governance requirements, and program milestones. The role requires strong business and engineering acumen, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross ‑ functional processes.
