Stellantis is transforming how we manage complexity, innovation, and global collaboration. We're seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support and help advance our ICT ecosystem for Embedded Software Release and Distribution.
In this role, you'll contribute to key initiatives that improve how embedded software is configured and delivered across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping bridge business needs and technical solutions while gaining deeper exposure to enterprise systems and global processes.

What You'll Do:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of embedded software configuration and delivery processesContribute to the development and execution of solutions aligned with future-state goalsWork with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to support system enhancements and integrationsCollaborate with global teams across engineering, production, and corporate functionsHelp coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful executionIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practicesSupport end-to-end software lifecycle coordination, ensuring accuracy and quality standardsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, ICT, or a related roleFoundational understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized wayComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with PLM tools or enterprise systemsExposure to Agile or project-based delivery environmentsUnderstanding of automotive engineering or embedded software processesExperience supporting system implementations or process improvementsWhy Join Us:
