Full Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong data expertise to support enterprise data engineering and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data and system requirements, ensuring accurate and scalable solutions. The analyst will evaluate requests for new or enhanced functionality, analyze data and system issues, and drive root cause resolution to maintain data integrity and operational performance. The role also includes validating outputs, supporting testing efforts, and contributing to implementation activities to ensure high-quality delivery. Success in this position requires strong SQL skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives. The individual will also provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of data solutions across the organization.
