Job Description
JOB Our Information Services (IS) department of 140+ members provide IT support to all Council divisions. This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking. The AI Strategy & Enablement Service Delivery Analyst serves as the central bridge between the Metropolitan Council's strategic AI initiatives and operational execution. In this role, you will go beyond traditional requirements gathering to act as a primary coordinator for AI governance, policy, and workforce readiness. You will analyze business needs across the organization to identify where AI can facilitate meaningful outcomes while ensuring all technical solutions align with ethical, legal, and security standards.
