We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a flagship AI tool aimed at enhancing efficiency and member care within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather and define comprehensive business requirements. Collaborate closely with various business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Provide transparent communication through daily updates on progress, issues, and status reporting to stakeholders. Drive the execution of system rules and requirements to enhance the functionality of the AI tool. Skills 5+ years of experience with strong technical and analytical capabilities. Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships. Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience with claims vendors and systems. Experience working within Agile frameworks.
