Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlogs and plan sprints effectively. Conduct data analysis and perform SQL queries to support decision-making and reporting. Promote process improvements within the development lifecycle through agile ceremonies. Skills Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the financial services sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system architecture and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across technical and business teams. Proficiency in software testing methodologies and user story creation using tools like Jira. Preferred Skills Experience in life insurance or related industries, with a solid understanding of external vendor collaboration. Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban. Business Analyst certification (CBAP, BABOK) is a plus. Strong facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
