BachelorsResponsibilities Facilitate quality assurance (QA) reviews using established quality metrics. Evaluate procedural content against governance standards and provide clear, actionable solutions to improve document quality. Partner with document owners, writers, and stakeholders to strengthen documentation quality and consistency. Manage multiple workstreams to support QA reviews across multiple business groups. Provide training for writers on developing content and using various AI tools. Lead development of AI-enabled solutions to author procedures and evaluate quality.
