Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project delivery within the healthcare domain. Responsibilities Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. Participate in the design, build, and testing phases of medium to large complexity software upgrade initiatives. Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with software functionality. Develop and maintain application-specific training materials in collaboration with trainers. Build strong relationships with end users, customers, and business partners to support project success. Skills Active certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Resolute Professional Billing. 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong focus on billing and revenue cycle management. Demonstrated expertise in relevant applications and knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Epic Certification in Reimbursement Contracts and Claims. Experience in team management and cross-team communication. Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Knowledge of policies and procedures related to Revenue Cycle operational functions.
